So, we got through Christmas, with a very spoiled child I may add.  He is starting to talk up a storm.  He says Robbie about 12 times a day(that's short for Robert, whom he adores!)  Daddy plays almost evry morning with us in the back yard on our swing set.  It has been quite warm this Summer, even for Florida!  Drew is getting ready for his bug 2nd birthday bash.  He emjoyed his first at the inflateable place so much we are renting a huge slide and jumper for the back yard.  Right now it is all about Elmo and Thomas the Tank.  I will add pictures soon, take care!

So much to report!  First of all, Eric did not get the store we thought, he should be getting a brand new one instead!  Unfortunately, that means more training for the next six months or so, but it is a good thing.  God has a plan....

We did move into a new house though!  It has four bedrooms and a big fenced in back yard.  I am not sure who enkoys the yard more, Drew of Maycee(the dog).  Drew loves to mess with the tree of course, but loves the train under grandma and grandpas tree(choo choo).  Most of all, he uses the word "no" quite alot.  Especially when he gets a hold of real tools.  You suggest the play ones and he ademently replies "no!!"  We went to Orlando this weekend and saw the christmas lights at MGM(so pretty), and went to Gaylord Palms on Sunday to see the ice.  Wait till you see these pictures.  It was pretty amazing.  They even had a couple slides!  Eric's suprise 30th b-day party is on Saturday.  I will update all on how that goes.  Till then, God Bless!

So, life has been pretty crazy lately.  Eric is finishing his partner training all the way in St. Pete, which is 3 hours away!  It has been pretty lonely w/out him.  He left Monday the 9th and wo't be back until the end of the month.  We (Drew and I)  went down to see him for a quick day and 1/2, that's all he had off.  It flew by!  Drew does not do long car trips by the way!  Even with the dvd player he still fussed about an hour both ways.  The good news is Eric gets his own store here in Jacksonville!  He is supposed to start next month.  Pretty exciting.  He has worked so hard for this and it has finally payed off!  Well, since Iam alone with Drew all day, I am pretty tired.  I hope all is well with everyone, God Bless!

 So, quite the eventful cpouple of weeks it's been.  Drew started off with a cold, which was a bAD one, then the dog bit him in the eye, then he busted his head open on our nightstand, then he went to disney!  Yes, the dog did bite him, our beloved Maycee.  See, Maycee is a rescue from the Humane society and was obiously abused by a man or men, b'c we got her in Nov. and she just started warming up to men a couple of months ago.  She also is so anxious.  She follows me EVERYWHERE.  I don't think she sleeps at night b/c everytime I get up she's right there following me.  Drew was running around the house being very loud and throwing toys, and that's when she got him.  it was not out of anger, I could tell, but fear.  After much discussion with Eric, we decided she gets one more chance.  Anyhow, the vet perscribed her meds for anxiety and she is doing much better.

So that was on Wednesday the 23rd, so on Tuesday the 29th we were all having fun dancing to our ipod in our room, when Drew, who was dancing on our bed, fell and hit the nightstand.  Now before you think I am horrible, our bed is puposefully only knee height, very low to the ground, but it has a big wooden frame around it and he slipped.  My heart fell to my stomach.  Ir Eric had not been there, I don't know what I would have done.  Blood was everywhere, but the Dr in the ER glued it back together!  And since then we have corner protectors onm everything!!!

Last we went to disney, as you see.  It was all of the Williams's, plus mama Derrico and chris.  It was quite warm, but fun was had by all.  Poor Elijah broke his leg at daycare a couple of weeks ago at daycare.  WE LOOKED LIKE QUITE THE GROUP.  I guess thats all for now.  Eric should know about where he is getting promoted to by October.  We have a couple of ideas, pretty sure here in Jax.  We will keep you updated.

 

So, yesterday was a hard one.  It was the day that somone very important to me took their own life.  Even though it was 6 years ago the pain still feels pretty new.  Even though he is gone I try to hold on to as many memories as I can.  In that 12 month timeI lost him and my friend Tara was parylized.  I really felt I hit rock bottom, But as always, God was there for me to get me through, and family and friends of course!  Then there is my rock, the man I always have to get me through and hold me and tell me it will get better.  That would be my hubby Eric.  Wow, he has seen me at my worst(as I have seen him, yet we have made it through so may trials.  And now in a few months we are going to reach his goal, getting his own store!  I am so proud of him.  He works 60 hour weeks, gets home at 1am, and still gets up in the morning with Drew and me.  He is sooo great!  For those who know our past, we had rough times in the beggining, but I am so glad that I gave him just one more try...
